I love it!!!!!!!
Absolutely love everything about this place :) The instructors are encouraging and motivating. Wasn't sure what to expect cause it's been such a long time but they never make me feel judged or our of placed :) Look for we'd to each next class!!!

THe best Thing you can do for YOU!
This place will change your life. Whether its here or Shrewsbury you get the best work out of your life with the best people you'll meet. Its an upbeat motivational atmosphere with high energy work outs with very knowledgeable and caring instructors! I consider ABD a second family I highly Recommend everyone give it a try!!

Excellent Self-Defense and Fitness Classes
These classes will give you a fun and intense workout. If you're bored with the gym - this is the place to go! Learning new techniques and exercises each week helps me stay motivated, and the instructors are always upbeat and friendly! I would recommend these classes to anyone looking to shake up their workout routine!

If you want to get in great shape while having the best time of your life, this is the place to go! The instructors are amazing and truly care about their students. It's just like having a second family. Why wouldn't you want to get in shape with your best friends?! I definitely recommend trying out a class. You will love it and will want to keep coming back for more to watch the pounds melt off. I feel great every time I leave class and can't wait to go back for more!

Awesome Workout!!!
I just started taking classes 3 weeks ago and I am blown away by the fun I am having while working out. Classes are high energy and full of encouragement. This is the best workout I have done in years!!! Thanks to all the amazing people there. Karyn
